The SaaS bill
kept growing.
A small business in 2010 paid about $30/month for software. In 2026 it pays $200 to $800. Same workflows. Twenty times the bill.
Most of those tools are dashboards over a database. Excel is also a dashboard over a database. The difference is who you pay forever.
We make 60 .xlsx files. Each replaces a specific SaaS subscription. $7–$19. Paid once. Copy it, edit it, fork it, hand it off. If we close, the files still open.

How this is built.
One operator, with AI in the loop. We use AI to draft copy and pair-program. We decide what ships. Every formula gets tested by hand. Every support email gets a reply.
Pretending we don't use AI in 2026 would be the only thing we'd lie about. So we said it.
